Manditory Information Meeting
September 20, Thursday, Manwaring Center room 344.
2:00-2:45 p.m. Come prepared knowing which of the practice times you will be available for.


Tryouts
September 22, Saturday, at the Stadium track.
10:00-11:30 a.m. Come dressed ready to run.
Tryouts give coaches and athletes an opportunity to see what kind of condition they are in. Coaches consider tryout performances when selecting teams. 
 

Pre-season Workouts

Students who would like to workout together are welcome to come to the Stadium outdoor track at any of the practice times listed below during the first two weeks of Fall Semester prior to tryouts.

 

Practices

Regular team practices begin the week following tryouts. Student-athletes meet at the Stadium outdoor track, dressed ready to workout at the times listed below. After tryouts, students are placed on teams that practice at one of the following blocks of time.

1) Mon., Wed.: 5:45 - 7:15 a.m., or
2) Mon., Wed.: 3:30 - 5:00 p.m., or
3) Mon., Wed.: 4:45 - 6:15 p.m., or

4) Tue., Thu.: 6:45-8:15 a.m., or

5) Tue., Thu.: 4:45 - 6:15 p.m., or
6) Tue., Thu.: 6:00 - 7:30 p.m.

Tour de Campus 5K Fun Run & Walk

September 15, Saturday, 9:00 a.m. Starts at Four-Plex parking lot (Center Street and 7th South).
Start the semester off on the right foot while getting better acquainted with campus people and places. The event starts at the new 7th South Activity Fields and ends on the Stadium field. In between, you'll weave your way downhill, observing the latest changes to the campus blueprint. Along the course, you'll see examples of exciting activities you'll have a chance to participate in this semester. Whether you're an experienced runner or walker or just looking for a great social time involving exercise, this is the perfect event for you. Open to all BYU-Idaho students, employees, and their families. Every finisher eligible for randomly-awarded prizes. Registration Fee: Free. Let us know if you're interested in helping bring to pass this incredible event.
