Student Spouse I-Card

As easy as 1 - 2 - 3!

1. Fill out the Name Change / Marital Status form at the Student Records and Registration Office. To be eligible for services on campus as a non-student spouse you must be linked to your student-spouse in the computer.
2. After you are linked together, open the BYU-I login at my.byui.edu and click on "Forgot or don't have a Net ID". Walk through the steps to set up a Net ID and password. Once you have the Net-ID and password, go back to my.byui.edu and login. At the top of this page you will find your I-Number.
3. Take your I-Number and personal identification to the I-card Office to get an I-card.
