Employee Lunch-hour Fitness Workouts


Get energized. Let Fitness Activities help you reach your goals.
Join us Monday-Friday during the noon hour (11:35-12:20).

  • Monday and Wednesday will be cardio training.
  • Tuesday and Thursday will be strength training.
  • Friday choose Yoga or work in groups (such as walking groups, running groups).

For Employees & Spouses

Classes will offer a variety of fitness options including Cycling,
Strength Training, Boot Camp, Step and Yoga, Walking, Running, and more.
All levels of fitness are welcome. You can work at your own fitness level.
We adjust the workout for YOU.


Class is offered Sept 10-Dec 10 (minus holidays)

Please meet in Hart 234. Come dressed in the Hart issue clothing
or the issue shirt and your own pants.

Invite a co-worker and join the group. We have found that commitment and consistency
is the key and the buddy system works.

Classes will be taught by Fitness Advisor, Lisa Robison and select students.

If this time frame does not work for you, please contact Lisa and we can create the 12:40-1:20 time frame.
