Fitness Activities invites all individuals to discover and maintain healthy lifestyles.
Fitness

Fitness includes events such as fitness classes, personal training sessions, incentive programs, workshops, group seminars, fun runs and walks, triathlons, and events designed to motivate and encourage a healthy lifestyle and quality of life.
The Fitness Center is open from 5:00 am - 11:45 pm. You may schedule an appointment with a Personal Trainer between the hours of 2:00pm – 6:00pm daily Fitness Center; this service is free. A personal trainer can help individualize cardiovascular and weight training programs for you with guidelines that will help each individual reach their own personal goals.

| Triathlon
Fitness Triathlon Saturday June 28, 2008 at 7 am starting at the Football Stadium and ending in the Hart pool. This year's Sprint Triathlon is a 5K Run, 12 mile Bike, and 500 yard swim. Students, faculty, and staff are invited to participate.
