| USING THE PROGRAM: Open up this workbook and
save it to your H drive or to a disk/CD before typing in any
information. Now re-open the workbook
from its new source (H drive, disk, CD, etc).
This will make the program more accessible to you. Enter your maxes for the specified lifts in
the spaces provided. The workbook will automatically calculate the weight that you
will be lifting for each day of the program! It's that easy. You can always print these pages and carry
them with you as hard copies. This
program comprises four 4-week cycles for a total of 16 weeks. Make sure to test your maximum lifts after
each 4-week cycle and re-enter the new weight in the spaces provided. |
