Alpine Tower Description of Possible Events
Tower is designed for universal programming for individuals of all abilities, including participants with disabilities.
Ascent routes encounter a variety of initiatives - The Beanstalk, The Team Beam, The Corporate Ladder, The Missing Link, The Floating Poles, The Diabolical Seesaw, The Hanging Cargo Net, The Hang down Ropes, The Karma Platform, Etriers, 4:1 Self Haul System, Team Hoist, Partner Hoist, The Piano, Entry Decks and Ramps, The Team Beam Deck, The Giant Swing by Choice
Low-to-the-ground group initiatives take place in the tower base – The Titanic, The Perimeter Traverse, The Tai Chi Traverse, Penny in the Haystack, The Amazon, Traffic Jam, The Jump, Trust Falls, Spiders Alive, Raising the Sphinx,and a Spiders Web
Several activities require the entire group for success, examples: The Tower Pull, Moonrocks
Team Development Course Description of Possible Events:
ATI’s most exciting designs for exploring team building principles with almost any population. Participants will be able to hone team building skills such as listening, leadership, planning and communication while embarking on an adventurous and challenging mission. Although simple looking in design, the action and learning that occurs represent some of the most dynamic group initiatives in the adventure education field.
Team development course activities include: Litter Handling Initiative Plutonium Tub, The Giant Python, The Great Aqueduct, The Egg Chute, Dutchboys, Spiders Alive, The Steps, Perimeter Traverse, The “O Brother” Shuffle, The Tai Chi Traverse, Trust Falls, The Titanic, Raising the Sphinx, The Amazon, The Traffic Jam, Line-Up Games, The Sloth Beam Regain, dating Sloths, plus many more well known and traditional events.
Other Team Development Initiatives:
Team Wall, Wild Woozy, Spiders Web, Whale Watch, All Aboard, plus innumerable low initiative activities.
